2. Enter the address your violation was in regard to

3. Enter the zip code

4. Press "Find"

5. Fill in all the blank information including, phone number, full address, and email address.

6. Select what category the violation falls under

7. Under 'Project Type' select what stage your violation is 

• Violation Stage 2 - $50
• Violation Stage 3 - $100
• Violation Stage 4 - $250

8. Press 'Next' at the bottom of the page

9. Complete all payment information, read and agree to the Terms of Use

10. Press 'Continue'
